Sunday-Thursday: $375/night

Friday-Saturday: $400/night (Weekend Rate)

Holidays: $600/night

Weekly Price: $1,500/week

Cleaning Fee: $150

Minimum Stay: 2 nights

Security Deposit: $1,200

Cancellation Policy: 50% refund if canceled at least 1 week prior to arrival

There is a 7% Transient Occupancy Tax from the County of San Bernardino County that will be applied to your Nightly Rate.

Welcome to our cherished family vacation cabin! We invite you to enjoy and care for it as if it were your own special retreat. A few guidelines to ensure a pleasant stay for all:

- For everyone's comfort, let's keep the cabin smoke-free, pet-free, and party-free.

- To maintain a serene environment, quiet hours begin at 10pm.

- Please limit the group to a cozy maximum of 5 guests. Overbooking may result in a canceled reservation without a refund.

- Our cleaning fee covers standard tidying, bathroom sanitation, and fresh linens.

- Kindly wash used dishes and place trash and leftovers in the bins under the backdoor stairwell before departure.

- If you notice any issues at the home please notify us (host) immediately.

- Any additional cleaning required incurs a $25/hr charge.

- Once booked, we'll send you the Guest Occupancy Agreement via email.
